Machakos county aspiring women representative Jane Cosmas Ndeti has called on the people of Machakos not to vote for Jubilee saying President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto had failed the country.

Mrs Ndeti who is vying on a Chama Cha Uzalendo (CCU) ticket while campaigning in Kangundo said the country is in a pathetic condition and only the NASA coalition of Raila Odinga and his running mate Kalonzo Musyoka can deliver the country.

"We have to save the country, it is pathetic and we can save Kenya by voting for NASA and voting out Jubilee," said Mrs Ndeti.

She called on the  Ministry of Health to be devolved back to the National Government to avoid the strikes by medics being witnessed in the country but blamed the government for showing laxity to resolve the nurse's strike which has entered its 7th week.

"I urging the government to take the nurse's strike with urgency it deserves, our people are dying everyday and it should recall back the Ministry of Health to avert strikes in the future," she added.

Mrs Ndeti further hit out at her opponents for allegedly copying her manifesto and challenged them to be original.
