The Kamba community has been asked to unite and consolidate the Kamba vote bloc in support of Wiper Democratic Movement leader Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka. Former Mwala MP Pst. Daniel Muoki made the calls in the wake of an Infotrak opinion poll showing Mr Musyoka trailing after ODM party leader Raila Odinga in NASA politics.

The former legislator who has also shown his interest in the seat he once occupied was speaking at different church occasions in Mwala constituency yesterday where he also asked the other aspirants all over Ukambani to call for unity. “If we all speak in one voice we shall demonstrate to the entire nation that we are united and this will be an added advantage to Mr Musyoka," he said.

Several other leaders from Makueni County have also made similar clarion calls asking all Kambas to be strongly united behind Mr Musyoka's candidature.
