Baringo MCA who sent daughter to sit her KCSE papers arrested

The MCA had enrolled for the exam as a private candidate, and was to sit her papers at AIC Njoro School. Officers at Njoro Police Station where she is being held had not prepared her charge by this afternoon but a source informed this website that she will be arraigned in court tomorrow.

A member of the Baringo County Assembly who had been on the run for over two months has been arrested and will be arraigned in court tomorrow in a case of impersonation. Ms Purity Tallam, who is a nominated member from Mogotio Sub County, is reported to have registered as a candidate for the 2017 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education but sent her daughter Catherine Tallam to sit the exams for her. 

The MCA had enrolled for the examination as a private candidate, and was to sit her papers at AIC Njoro Secondary School. Investigating officers at Njoro Police Station where she is being held had not prepared her charge by this afternoon but this website was informed that she will be arraigned in court tomorrow Friday. She had eluded the police since November.
