Ogwayo to officiate Kenya, DR Congo friendly

Harambee Stars are using the match, one of the two build ups lined up this week, to shape up for their 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier match against Sierra Leone in June.

FIFA referees led by centre whistler Anthony Ogwayo will handle tomorrow's international friendly match between Harambee Stars and Uganda at Kenyatta Stadium, Machakos. Ogwayo, also the 2016 Kenyan Premier League Referee of the Year, will be assisted by Peter Sabatia and Tony Kidiya. Andrew Juma will be the reserve referee of the match set to kick off at 3pm and broadcast live by local television channel, Bamba TV.

Tickets will be on sale at the venue whose gates open at midday. The tickets retail at Sh300 and Sh100 for VIP and terraces respectively. Harambee Stars are using the match, one of the two build ups lined up this week, to shape up for their 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier match against Sierra Leone in June.

On Sunday, they tackle Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in another friendly tie at the same venue.
