Mieno scores as Hull City hit SportPesa squad

"As a team we played well and we were just unfortunate to go down by two goals. We did well especially in the second half and I thought we deserved maybe a draw from the game," he said, adding, "All in all I think it was a great experience for us and a good learning chance".

Tusker midfielder Humphrey Mieno scored a goal as Kenya's Sportpesa All Stars went down 1-2 to English Premier League side Hull City in a friendly  at KCOM Stadium, United Kingdom on Monday Night.

The Kenyan team comprised players drawn from the SportPesa Premier League, while the  English side fielded home grown talent. Mieno pulled one back in the 80th minute and was happy with his exploits. "I am happy; it is great to score here just like anywhere and most off all I am glad for this chance," he said.
