Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichungwa has no time no niceties. At a time when many Jubilee leaders are hedging their opinions on the rampant killing of opposition protesters, and one even coming out to condemn the killings, the MP has come out forcefully on the side of the police.
"This is a Luo mass action, not Kenyan. Luos dying and getting injured in the streets. It's okay," Mr Ichungwa wrote. The Tweet was retweeted more than a hundred times and copied into Facebook where Kenyans have been commenting on it.
